We inform our customers that, due to the general increase in freight forwarders rates for the year 2025, starting from April 1st, 2025, there will be an increase in fixed rates for Tactyka shippings, as follows:
- Shippings to Italy with BRT courier: 7,99€
- Shippings to Italy with DHL courier: 15,99€
No variation will be made for free shipping: free shipping will still be applied to orders over 250,00€.
We ship by courier all over Italy. All our shipments are trackable.
Orders placed within 12:00PM will be processed the same day.
You can choose the courier you’d like entrust your shipment to between our partners DHL and Bartolini. You can choose the courier you prefer at the checkout.
Shipping costs are upon customer, however please note that for orders within Italy over €250,00, shipping is on us! In this case, we will choose the courier.
To ensure maximum transparency, we give you the opportunity to know in advance your shipment cost: in fact, we ship at a fixed rate of 9,99€ with DHL and 6,99€ with Bartolini*. (please see Important Notice above).
When the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track your shipment.
We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible; however, please consider that delivery generally takes from 1 up to 3 business days and may be longer for reasons not depending on us.
We also remind you that couriers do not ship on weekends; therefore, if you order on Friday, you will receive your order starting from the following Monday.
If you are not at home and prefer to ship to the DHL Point/BRT Fermopoint closest to you, after receiving the email from the courier with the tracking link you can autonomously re-direct the delivery. Please check with the DHL Point/BRT Fermopoint how long it can keep your package.

*The fixed rates listed above refer only to shipments up to 10 kg. We do not process shipments over 10 kg. Shipping of bulky items may require an extra charge. Tactyka reserves the right to change fixed rates, shipping methods or free shipping threshold at any time.

We ship to all EU countries* by courier and all our shipments are trackable.
