We really hope that your Tactyka purchase will meet your expectations, however we are glad to accept returns.
You can return the item within 30 calendar days from receipt.
Please note that returned items must arrive at our facility in the original condition in which they were delivered, intact and with labels (including their packaging), otherwise the refund cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are upon customer (even if the original order was delivered free of charge, in case of orders shipped to Italy) and will be deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost is equal to the flat delivery rate of the original order.
Returns can only be made if the return pickup address is the same as the address to which the order was originally delivered.
Once the return has been received at our facility and its condition verified, we will issue a refund for the purchase cost minus the return shipping fees, using the same payment method selected at checkout.
Refund processing times may take up to 7 business days and depend on your bank. If you have questions regarding the processing time, please contact your bank for further information.
To initiate a return, log into your personal My Account area using your credentials and click on the Order History and Details section.
Within this section, locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click on Details to the right.
In the list of products contained in your order, select the checkboxes corresponding to the items you wish to return and, after indicating the reason for your return, click the Request Return button.
You will receive an email with instructions to complete the return process, which will be handled by the same shipping company that delivered your order.
Please place a new order if you need a different size/color of the same item.
